Two Storey
As the name suggests a two-story is just that. There are many variations of two-story designs. Popular designs include front porches, dormers and garages with bonus rooms above.

 Split Entry
The entrance to a split entry is split between the upper & lower living areas. Typically split entries have the main living area upstairs similar to a bungalow. The downstairs accommodates expansion or additional living space requirements.

 Bungalow
A bungalow is a home with the living area all on one floor. The basement can be finished for extra bedrooms or family rooms. An appealing feature to some is that the stairs lead to the basement only and not to a main living area.
