A Word From Brian

"I've had the great fortune to be raised in the Halifax area and this has afforded me an extensive knowledge of the area. I've been in the real estate business for 10 years. Prior to that, my background was in construction for 15 years. So I know the business of homes inside and out.

"I am an avid sports fan and my interests include hockey, golf, curling and baseball. I also enjoy vacationing in the south on hot, sandy beaches with my lovely wife, Julie, who is now my business partner as well.

A Word From Julie

Prior to entering real estate, Julie spent a very rewarding and successful career working in various roles with TD Canada Trust in a variety of branches throughout Halifax Regional Municipality. During this time Julie provided financial assistance to clients in areas of personal banking, small business banking and mortgage lending where she demonstrated the ability to understand the needs of clients, developed a strong rapport and built strong relationships in the delivery of superior quality service.

Julie's network expanded far beyond her career, in her desire to give back to her community, where she has extended her assistance in various charitable organizations including but not limited to Chair of Bryony House Fund Development Committee, Chair of Head for the Hills Ski challenge for the QE11 Health Sciences Centre, Treasurer Mortgage Loans Association of Nova Scotia and Board of Directors for Bedford Ringette Association and Cheema Aquatic Club. Aside from her career and volunteer activities, she also enjoys golfing at the Oakfield Golf and Country Club.

Julie and Brian have two adult children and have recently become empty nesters and are loving it!!   

Julie is looking forward to understanding and listening to clients needs to help them with their single most important investment, buying or selling their home.
